How Arnold built 22-inch bicep with just barbells and dumbbells

If you have only a barbell and dumbbells in your home, or even your gym, then there is no fricking problem. 

You’ll be able to max out your bicep size just by those two simple tools.

Because what if I told you that…

Arnold. Franco Columbu, Sergio Oliva, Robby Robinson, Serge Nubret, and actually every golden era bodybuilder build 22-inch arms only using barbells and dumbbells?

Arnold, for example, when he was asked about his favorite biceps exercises, he said nothing but free weights. Arnold was a fan of regular barbell curl, incline dumbbell curl, concentration curl, and preacher curl.

And it’s not only for Arnold….

Lee Haney, Robby Robinson, and every golden era bodybuilder did the same exercises to build their 22-inch biceps.

The reason why barbells and dumbbells work is because training biceps is simple.

The function of biceps is just to bend your elbow.

So, why would we need a $100k machine to bend our elbow?

What’s the difference between bending the elbow with a barbell and with some high-tech machine? I simply don’t know.

And this is actually the reason why dumbbells and barbells work. 

Because both of them did an excellent job in bending your elbows.

So, we actually can agree on something…

You can and will make your arms pop out like the greats with just barbells and dumbbells.
