The 3 pillars of golden era training

This email will tell you 3 pillars of golden era training.

These 3 pillars are the 3 most contributing factors for the legends to build their physique.

So, if you want to build a masterpiece like the legends, you might give special attention to these 3 things.

The first pillar is mind-muscle connection

When I first saw Robby Robinson training his back, I was fascinated by him.

Because his technique of working the back is so perfect, he would contract his back that all his back muscles turn into walls of brick, and then when he lowers down from the chin-up bar, he would let his lats flare up, it’s so amazing!!!

I might sound like a simp to Robby Robinson, but it’s not just me. Tom Platz also said so.

“I would watch Robby Robinson when he is doing seated cable rows in the gym I stop and watch,”

And it’s the same when I see Arnold trained chest. He would stretch his chest until his hand almost touched the floor when doing dumbbell fly, and his technique was perfect.

And this is what I think is one of the most contributing factors to building their muscles. They don’t just feel the muscle, but actually working the muscle.

And I think mind-muscle connection is why they don’t need music or some motivation shit to go to the gym. Because the feeling of contracting and stretching the muscle is really enjoyable.

I also think that mind-muscle connection is just about ‘feeling’ the muscle, but it turns out it creates different enjoyment and another level of focus.

The second pillar is high volume.

The second pillar is nothing but getting as much muscle growth as possible.

They knew volumes was nothing but a tool to add growth stimulus.

2 sets of bicep curls will give us more stimulus than 1 set of bicep curls.

It’s that simple!

More sets=more stimulus.

And if you recover from those stimulus, you’ll grow more muscle.

But another reason why they train with high volume is because they just enjoy training.

Training is a therapeutic thing for them.

The last pillar of the golden era training is high frequency.

This pillar is about hitting the muscles after they recover.

They just want to grow as much muscle as fast as possible.

Because they got this question in their head:

“Why would I wait if my muscles have recovered?”

Those legends train with high frequency.

They train twice a week minimum. And even some guys like Robby train back 3x a week.

So those are the 3 pillars:

mind-muscle connection

High volume

high frequency

Try it and maybe your physique will transform.

 1. Been using LuckyNiki for a couple weeks now and the withdrawal process is smooth which I really appreciate, but the mobile app could use some better navigation tbh. lucky niki login
