how the greatest naturals train

Every lifter has one goal: get jacked and lean.

They do all of this hard training, strict dieting, and everything only to get jacked and lean.

And so the question that all lifters ask is….

What is the best way to get jacked and lean?

For me, the answer is clear…

Learn from the best that ever did it.

I mean, if someone wants to be the best basketball player, he will watch and analyze how Michael Jordan plays and trains.

When it comes to bodybuilding, it was the same.

If I want to look like the best natural bodybuilders of all time, I will watch and analyze how the best natty train and eat.

And so the question is…

Who are the greatest natural bodybuilders?

For me, and everyone agrees, the best natural bodybuilders are those guys from the silver era. You can google these names, and you’ll question if they take 1000 mg of tren per day or not: Reg Park, Steeve Reeves, Marvin Eder, and so on (I believe they are naturals because steroids literally didn’t exist when they trained).

But let’s get to the real juice and meat of this email.

How did they train and eat and sleep?

When it comes to them, they are high.

First, they train with high volume…

Every one of them will train with 40+ sets per week, and that’s like the minimum number.

But those sets are not done with bodybuilding style only.

They would combine both powerlifting and bodybuilding.

For example, Reg Park would train using 5×5 system for his compound lifts and follow up with tons of volume of isolation exercises.

For you who don’t know, a 5×5 system is when you do your warm-up for 2 sets, then follow up with 3 sets of 5 with the same weight. You wait for all these 3 sets to achieve 5 reps, then you’ll go up in weight.

They would do this to get as strong as possible, and that strength will increase all their bodybuilding-style lifts.

Think about it this way: if your bench goes up, then your pushdown, triceps extension, will go up.

Then, the second core of their training is to train more often.

Reg Park, for example train all body parts three times a week.

Because they simply want to train the muscles after they just recover.

So, to summarize they combine powerlifting and bodybuilding, and they train with high volume and frequency.

But this is where most people stops.

Because those super things that they did would be useless if they don’t eat.

They eat a humongous amount of carbs, fat and diet.

No keto, no carnifore diet.

Just high carb, high protein, high fats, high fibers.

And let’s forget on important thing… Sleep!!

Reg Park used to sleep 10 hours a day when he’s on his bulk.

I’m not telling you to sleep 10 hours a day.

But at least pay attention to your sleep.

Don’t sleep for 5 hours to just complain that high-volume training doesn’t work.

At least give yourself 7 hours of sleep.

So that’s it for today.

To summarize:

Training: combining powerlifting and bodybuilding, high volume, high frequency

Diet: high carb, high fat, high protein, high fibers

Sleep: 8 – 10 hours.

Hope you guys benefits from this email
