Just stick to the basics.

If you are my subscribers that often read my emails, 

I always said

“Stick to the basics, because that is what builds muscle”

And actually that was what great bodybuilders said…

“The basic exercises build the foundation of your physique.” – Arnold 

“The basics never fail if you do them right.” – Lee Haney

But, what actually are ‘the basics’? 

As I said before ‘the basics’ are the one that build muscle. 

But here’s the thing….

Not everything that builds muscle is included in ‘the basics’.

The basics are proven method (from 100 years ago) to build muscle.

It’s not these crossfitters, new exercises.

It’s simply a method that is proven to build muscle from 100 years ago.

And in my book, I lay out some basics,

That is 

  • training to failure
  • Sleep well
  • Eat well 
  • Progressive overload

And why I called this the basics is because this principles are principles you can’t change.

It’s mandatory.

You can’t grow muscle without these 4. 

And also in the basics…

There are exercises that are proven from the golden era…

So if you want to build but stay injury free, you can’t go wrong with golden era exercises.

And everything, that I talked later is ‘the basics’,
